What you end up with
The deliverable is a terminal that takes daily configuration and survives slow links. Write keys and actions in init.lua and apply them with mytty config reload. A syntax error leaves the previous config running. Over a 200 ms round trip, characters after the first reach the screen in about 0.5 ms, while unechoed password input stays off the screen, apart from the exception in section 9.

Starting from a single orders CSV, you narrow down where sales are falling, working from the whole to the breakdown to one candidate. Using nothing but pandas aggregation, you finish with a one-page report holding a conclusion, its evidence, what the data cannot tell you, and one next step.
