The Team Development plan

A weekly agile rhythm teaches you how the work really runs, without forcing it. Short sprints stack up steady improvement, and code review by working engineers gives you a professional eye. You come out with experience you can talk about in interviews.

Weekly

📋 Sprint planning

Set the week’s goal, pick the stories for it and break them into tasks. Work in flight gets reviewed together too.

Weekly

🗂 Backlog refinement

Sort out each ticket’s purpose, estimate, acceptance criteria and dependencies until it is ready to pick up.

As needed

🔍 Code review

One small PR per task, sent for review with its background, changes and how to check them — quality without losing pace.

Monthly

🔄 Retrospective

The team looks back on what to keep, drop and try, and picks the improvements for the next sprint.

Who it is for: anyone who has finished the intermediate courses or is at that level. The stack is Django today, with Go and React planned.

The Support plan

A place where you can ask, and keep asking.

When words on a screen will not do it, we hop on a video call.

🗓

A weekly online session

Regular sessions with working engineers and mentors — the enjoyable kind.

🏆

Hackathons

Judged with feedback by working engineers — a chance to put what you learned to the test.
